Chuck Ward, Ph.D.
In 1990, Dr. Chuck Ward founded Chuck Ward & Associates, Inc. to extend the reach and scope of his uniquely effective approach to developing leaders who are personally, professionally, and emotionally healthy, competent and successful. His work, which spans three decades, is based on (a) tools derived from neuroscience (state-of-science brain research), (b) 15-years as a highly successful organizational leader, (c) advanced training in communication and learning theory, (d) years of one-on-one work with the leadership of 127 Fortune 500 companies and (e) expertise in leadership, communication, interpersonal relationships, self-awareness and emotional control. Primarily a coach and trusted advisor to C-level executives and emerging leaders, Chuck is also in demand as a dynamic keynote presenter, engaging corporate trainer, and effective change management expert.
Chuck’s lifelong passion is to discover the truth about personal and professional success, to practice it, and to transfer it to others. His dual emphasis is on enhancing outward behavior and changing the inward thoughts, emotions, attitudes and values that enable lasting improvement and growth.
Chuck’s two earned doctorates are in communication and education. Before founding CWA, Inc., he was a college professor, radio talk show host and newspaper columnist.
